I don’t really understand ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), what are the actual symptoms? / #ADHD

I don't really understand ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), what are the actual symptoms?
I know you can't read the air.
    I know you're distracted.
    Okay, you have ADHD.
    Give me some specific examples.
For example, (1) he has a severe attention deficit, (2) he's very restless, (3) he's impulsive.
    Attention span... not so bad.
    Restless... not so much.
    Impulsive... not so much.
My cousin is in the fifth grade.
He was lying down in a family restaurant, suddenly started running, climbed up a stepladder that was clearly about to fall over, and got hurt.
So if you're an adult and you're acting like a child, does that mean you have attention deficit disorder?
I've had some of that, but... usually I act normal, but when I'm in a good mood, I act like a kid.
    Pranks, etc.
Well, I guess you could classify it that way.
    Yeah, that's about it.
But as you get older, the symptoms will loosen up.
You're always late or forget things even if you do your best to take care of them (not that you're lazy).
I'm very careful in my life, but I make a mess in my room.
    I can't sit still.
...I feel like an overly natural...
I'm pretty much the same way.
I thought I was a neat and tidy person, but every time I wrote in my correspondence book, I was told to "keep my physiology neat and tidy.
    I see what you mean.
Sounds like a lot of comedians.
    They stumble over nothing.
When you're having a one-on-one conversation and you hear a noise or think about something else, you can't listen to what's being said because you're distracted by it.
When you're in a hurry, you misstep on the gas pedal and the brake.
    You often lose things.
You have not gotten rid of childhood habits (biting your nails, etc.).
    He's not a screwed-up kid...
I wonder if he has some Attention Deficit Disorder.
I was often scolded in driving school.
There are many cases of concomitant intellectual disabilities.
Also, many people confuse it with Asperger's.
I think that many people confuse the symptoms of ADHD and Asperger's with each other.
As a group, they are developmental disorders, and many of the symptoms are similar.
    Aspies and ADHD are different.
    I kinda know that.
    When I'm talking to someone.
I tend to distract them by rubbing my hands when I'm talking to them.
It's like the other person's voice is coming right through my ears and I can't distinguish it from the buzzing sounds around me.
And I don't know if this applies to you, but sometimes I get lost in things that most people don't go through.
