Is tyrosine effective for "lack of motivation" and "hunchback" in ADHD?

2-3 years ago, I was told I didn't have ADHD under Meishin, maybe Aspie or something.
A bunch of people in my family were getting diagnosed with Parkinson's, Lewy Body Dementia, etc.

I was looking around for something that would help me get enough dopamine.

I looked through the list and found that choline and tyrosine seemed to work well, so I decided to give them a try!
I ordered some from iHerb.

I thought I was one of those people who didn't have enough dopamine, so I tried the tyrosine.
Don't expect tyrosine to help. I don't have any experience with choline, so I don't know.

But in the end, it doesn't matter if you take it or not if you don't absorb it.
It won't do you any good if you don't do light exercise and get your blood pumping.

And they've taken away the strongest anti-ADHD drug, Ritalin.

Supplements and drugs are good, but I think it's absolutely essential to create hormones in the brain from the inside.
I think it is absolutely a mission from now on.

Tyrosine used to be quite effective.
But it stopped working as fast as it was supposed to, and I got dermatitis on my skin where I was exposed to the sun.

Tyrosine works differently, but I don't think it's ineffective.
I don't have ADHD, but after 3 months of this, I'm cured of my hunchback.
I mean, I've tried everything and it didn't cure me, but a supplement cured me.

That's manly.

I wonder why tyrosine cured my hunchback? If it has some effect on posture, that's awesome.

Speaking of tyrosine, is it possible that ADHD is a chronic tyrosine deficiency?

My skin is strangely white, my hair is light pigmented, and I have a bit too much gray hair... maybe there's a connection?

>>
I'm originally dark-skinned and tyrosine-effective, so I don't think skin color has anything to do with it...

Tyrosine is effective for people who can make dopamine as long as they have tyrosine.
and those who for some reason cannot produce tyrosine from their diet or do not have enough.

>>
I guess the skin color theory is a bit aggressive.

I'll have some money next week, so I'm going to buy some tyrosine and give it a try. I hope it works.

On Honma Dekka TV, Mom Ogi said, "People who don't do things until the last minute and make it in time are also excellent. If I can think of it that way, I feel a little better.

The fact that Concerta, the cure-all drug, can't be taken casually is already strange.
Dopaminergic drugs = no drugs, and people don't understand it. I have no choice but to die.

Tyrosine is practically only imported, so it won't come anytime soon.
If you want to try it easily...
There is a jelly drink called "Quick-acting Concentrate" by Meiji, but it contains only 50 mg of tyrosine.

It contains 300mg of L-phenylalanine, so it's not as ineffective as it sounds.

I ordered some tyrosine!

True, it's a supplement that's not sold in Japan at all. Thanks so much for the info on Meiji! Sounds like a good choice when I need a quick supplement, even if it's just a little bit.

You're doing a great job with Meiji's Lola series and such.
I actually have a different medical condition that requires me to take iron and folic acid, and for some reason they have a supplement that combines the two. And it tastes good.

I get sick of taking medicines every day, so it's really nice to be able to take them as a snack.
